Technical Support
Existing customers please log in to our Helpdesk system, using
your "My Account" username and password, where you can submit technical support requests related to any
aspect of our services, including the Bonded CD software. We aim to respond to support tickets within
4 working hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 6PM), but sometimes it can take longer.
Existing customers can also send an email to support@upstreaminter.net which will be automatically assigned a ticket number.
